TESSHA' s Catalytic Oxidizer is a thermal recuperative and has a built-in heat exchanger. This built-in heat exchanger preheats the incoming contaminated gas by utilizing heat from the clean discharge gas. An additional heat exchanger can be attached、 if necessary.The fresh air being heated up by the hot discharge gas through the additional heat exchanger is returned to the processing lines and/or used for other purposes. The additional heat exchanger can be equipped with an auxiliary burner、 if necessary.

TESSHA' s Catalytic Oxidizer is a thermal recuperative and has a built-in heat exchanger. This built-in heat exchanger preheats the incoming contaminated gas by utilizing heat from the clean diThis system is based on the simplest technology to destruct VOCs. A Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizer introduces the VOCs gas and/or malodorous gas into a fire-box through or near the burner and retains the gas for approximately 1 second at high temperatures of 700°C to 800°C to get enough VOCs destruction.

Oxidizer with Concentrator

This type of system is very effective and suitable for the case of purifying large gas flows with low VOCs density. The gas is fed into an absorption segment of a concentrator and flows longitudinally through a rotor which contains a filter with an absorption media and is continuously rotating. The VOCs are absorbed by the media and cleaned gas is directed to an outlet chimney and released into the atmosphere. The media continue absorbing VOCs with rotation of the rotor and get saturated.

TESSHA's RTO is a single canister type in which the Heat-Exchange chambers and a fire-box are contained、 and has a rotary valve underneath. The rotary valve、 with its smooth rotation、 pushes the VOCs gas into the Heat-Exchange chambers and extracts the clean discharge gas from the Heat-Exchange chambers simultaneously.
